HONEY - GLAZED ACORN SQUASH 
2-3 acorn squash
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. white raisins

Cut acorn squash in half, remove seeds. Place cut - side down in a shallow pan. Add 1/2 inch water to pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, or until almost tender. Turn cut side up, season with salt and pepper. Combine other ingredients and spoon into cavities of squash. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until filling is heated. Serves 4-6.
