BAKED CRANBERRY ACORN SQUASH 
4 sm. acorn squash
1 c. apples, chopped & unpared
1 c. cranberries, fresh or frozen, chopped
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds. Place cut side in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Turn cut side up. Combine apples, cranberries, orange peel, brown sugar and butter. Fill squash with this mixture. Continue baking for 25 minutes or until squash is tender. Makes 8 servings.
