APPLE NUT CAKE 
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil or butter
3 c. plain flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 apples, chopped
1 c. nuts

Cream together oil or butter with sugar and eggs; slowly add in flour, soda and salt. Stir in vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
