5 HOUR OVEN STEW 
1 lb. stew meat cubes
6 med. carrots, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 1/2 to 2 c. sliced celery
1 (2 1/2 size) can tomatoes
1 tbsp. sugar, if desired
1 tsp. Accent
2 slices bread, crumbled
3 tbsp. Minute tapioca

Cut stew meat into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Put in large casserole and cover with foil. Cook in 250 degree oven for 5 hours. Do not take cover off until the end of the 5 hours. This is very good served with Hot Corn Bread.
