CHINATOWN CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 pkg. fried Rice-A-Roni
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. hot water
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. frozen peas

In large skillet, brown pork chops. Remove chops. Brown package fried Rice-A- Roni with 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in hot water mushrooms, peas, and Rice-A- Roni vegetable sauce envelope. Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Cover; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
