PORK CHOP SKILLET DINNER 
1 pkg. pork chops
1-2 cans cut green peas, save juice
3-4 peeled potatoes, quartered
3-4 slices bacon
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Dash of garlic salt

Heat electric skillet to 350 degrees. Brown bacon and set aside. In bacon grease brown floured pork chops, seasoned with spices. Add potatoes, green beans, juice, crumbled bacon and onions. Cover, reduce heat to low simmer and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
