1 box Golden Butter cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 stick butter
1 egg

Put these ingredients in a large bowl and beat with electric beater until well mixed. Press into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Into previously used mixing bowl, add the following:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar

Beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour over pressed mixture in pan. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
