1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. egg
1 stick butter (not whipped), softened
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs

Mix cake mix, egg, butter and a little water well and press in bottom of lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.

Mix sugar, cream cheese and eggs until smooth in blender and pour over above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 to 60 minutes, until golden brown.
