BUBBLE AND SQUEEK 
2 c. of boiled potatoes
2 c. of cooked cabbage
1 c. of cooked carrots
1 tbsp. of vegetable oil

Mash potatoes, cabbage and carrots together. Put oil in skillet and heat, place all ingredients in skillet and spread over skillet, cover, and cook on medium low heat until browned, turn over and repeat. Serve with meat, chicken or fish.
