CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & boned (save the broth)
1/2 onion
2 stalks celery
Black pepper to taste

In saucepan combine: 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup Green chilies to taste 2 1/2 c. broth

Layer 1 layer of flour tortillas. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with chopped onions, chicken, Jack cheese (every other layer add Cheddar cheese, also on top).
