BAKED GRITS 
1 c. quick cooking grits, uncooked
1/2 lb. grated cheese (sharp or regular)
6 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the grits according to package directions. Stir in the cheese, butter, milk and eggs and pour into buttered dish. Bake for 40 minutes or longer until set.
