2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs, separated 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs Mix cheese, sugar, egg yolks well. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into first mixture. Pour into small pans, buttered and slightly coated with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool about 10 minutes in pan, then frost. FROSTING: 3/4 c. sour cream 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Spoon on top, dust with more crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze. |
