SPINACH & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 jar artichoke hearts
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook spinach as directed on box. Drain. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
