MACARONI & CHEESE (MICROWAVE) 
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded American process cheese
1/4 c. milk

Place flour in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Gradually blend in 2 cups milk, mixing well. Stir in macaroni, butter and pepper. Cook covered, on Full power for 5 to 7 minutes or until boiling. Continue cooking covered on lower power for 10 to 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir 2 to 3 times during cooking time. Stir in cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Cook on Full power for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir halfway through cooking time. For creamier macaroni, blend additional 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk into macaroni at end of cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
