BEEF TIPS 
2 lb. stew meat, cut up
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
1/2 c. red wine

Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours. Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes, or cook on high 5-6 hours.
