PORK FRIED RICE 
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
4 slices bacon
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Pork - about 2-3 pieces
1 1/2 c. rice
3 c. water

Cook rice in water. Brown bacon, remove. Add vegetables to drippings. Cook until soft. Add meat and crumble bacon. Add rice and spices.
