PORK FRIED RICE 
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 c. diced ham or bacon

Saute the above, approximately 3 to 4 minutes, add 4 eggs, and cook until eggs are done. Slowly add 2 cups of cooked rice, drained. Serve with soy sauce. Sprinkle a little over top on each serving. A meal by itself. Very good.
