APPLE BUTTER SPICE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. apple butter

SPICE CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together except topping. Blend at low speed until moistened; continue beating 2 minutes at medium speed; scraping bowl. Pour one half of batter into pan; sprinkle topping over mixture. Spoon remaining batter over topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in a greased 13"x9" pan.
