5 HOUR BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat (cubed)
3 c. potatoes
1/2 c. carrots, celery, diced onions and mushrooms
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. V-8 juice
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar

Brown stewing meat. Add the ingredients. Use crock pot or 250 degree oven, 5 hours.
