5 HOUR STEW 
1 1/2 lb. lean cut up beef
3-4 potatoes
3-4 carrots
1 c. tomatoes, cooked or canned (I use the whole can, reg. size 13-14 oz.)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. water

Combine all ingredients except tapioca and put in baking dish or small roaster. Sprinkle tapioca over top and fold in. Cover and place in oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Do not open oven until 5 hours are up.

NOTE: You can use as many potatoes, carrots, and celery as you wish.
