MY GRANDMA PAUL'S COLESLAW 
1/2 green cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 red cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Paprika
Milk

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and carrots. Refrigerate overnight for better flavor. Mix in cabbage and a splash of milk. Toss until coated. Sprinkle with paprika.
