CRUNCH FUDGE SANDWICH 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat stirring constantly until smooth. Add Rice Krispies; stir until well coated, press 1/2 of the mixture into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill while preparing fudge.

Melt chocolate chips, sugar, butter, and water over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spread over chilled crust. Then top with remaining cereal mixture. Press gently. Chill until firm, then cut into squares.
