APPLE CRUNCH 
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. fresh whole cranberries
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, granulated sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Toss together well. pour fruit mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.

In small bowl, combine butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and nuts. Mix together with a fork to achieve a crumbled texture. Sprinkle topping mixture over the fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yields 16 squares.
