APPLE CRUNCH 
4 lg. tart apples
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and core apples. Slice into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Combine brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Cream butter and gradually work in flour mixture with cinnamon. Spread over the apples and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
