APPLE CRUNCH 
4 lg. tart apples
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and core apples. Slice into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Combine brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Cream butter and gradually work, in flour mixture with cinnamon. Spread over the apples and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
