CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat, remove all cartilage
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lg. egg
About 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Oil for frying

In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Add crabmeat; mix gently but thoroughly. If mixture is too dry, add more mayonnaise. Shape into 6 cakes. Fry cakes in frying pan in just enough oil to prevent sticking until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
