POPPY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 chicken breasts or 1 lg. fryer
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. low fat yogurt
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter

Cook chicken and remove bones and cut into bite size pieces. Mix soup, sour cream, poppy seed. Pour over chicken.

Crumble crackers over chicken mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
