POPPYSEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted

Layer chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Pour over this the mixture of soup, almonds and sour cream. Top with poppy seeds, crumbled crackers and butter. Cook at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serves 6.
