EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted
2 pkgs. Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken and chop. Mix chicken with sour cream and poppy seeds. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Put 1/2 of cracker mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Layer next with chicken and end with 1/2 of cracker mixture. Place pats of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
