RITZY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, boiled & de-boned
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. butter
30 Ritz crackers
2 tsp. poppy seeds

Place de-boned chicken in a baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Melt the butter, crumble in crackers, add seeds, sprinkle over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Can easily be doubled to serve 8.
