POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above and set aside. Cream together 2 minutes: 3/4 c. sugar

2 eggs - beat in one at a time. Add to butter and sugar: 1 tsp. vanilla

Fold in flour mixture until moist. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 1/2 dozen muffins.
