BEEF JERKY 
2 lbs. cheap beef, partially frozen (flank steak or chuck brisket)

Slice in strips against grain. 1 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Mix in large baking dish. Put meat in this marinade. Cover, refrigerate 24 hours. Pat dry, put in oven in single layers on oven rack. Put foil in bottom of oven to catch drippings. Bake 7 hours at 150 degrees. Keeps well for 6 months in refrigerator.
