CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE 
3 c. chicken, white meat, cooked and cut in pieces
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 green pepper, sliced
Sm. jar pimentos, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped and sauteed
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. (sm.) Creamettes, UNCOOKED
1 can mushrooms, drained
Sm. can of peas

Mix all of above ingredients together and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Next day grated 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Serves 10.
