1 butter cake mix
1 stick melted butter
4 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 can mandarin oranges

TOPPING:

1 can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 container Cool Whip

Mix all cake ingredients. Bake in 3 layer cake pans for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain pineapple and save juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup, beat in pudding and add Cool Whip. Put topping between cooled layers and top of cake. Keep refrigerated.
