TOFFEE TRIFLE 
1 box devil's food cake mix
3 eggs
oil (as indicated on box)
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. kahlua
6 1/4 oz. Heath bars, freeze these
16 oz. Cool Whip

Make devil's food cake following instructions on box. Let cake cool and then cut into 1-inch squares. Mix dry pudding mixture with the milk and kahlua. Crush frozen Heath bars and put aside. Put 1/2 of cake cubes into a serving bowl. Drizzle 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of the cake cubes. Spread 1/2 Cool Whip on the cake and pudding. Sprinkle 1/2 of the crushed Heath bars on top. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Put in refrigerator overnight and serve!
