HAM AND POTATO BAKE 
1 sm. onion
1 box frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. ham
2 med. potatoes
1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease shallow 1 quart baking dish. Chop onion. Cut ham into cubes. Slice potato. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, broccoli, ham and flour. Toss to coat ingredients. Spread in baking dish. Beat milk, mustard and salt together. Pour over mixture. Dot with butter. Cover dish with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer.
