PESTO 
3/4 c. almonds or pine nuts
2 c. packed fresh or frozen basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, peeled & quartered
1/2 c. olive oil

In blender or food processor, process first 6 ingredients. Just until smooth. Gradually pour in oil, continue to process slightly. This can be served on pasta.
