MAMMAW'S BARBECUED CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken drumsticks
Plain flour
Shortening or cooking oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. instant minced onion (or 1/2 fresh onion, chopped)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Take skin off chicken; shake drumsticks in flour in a sack. Brown floured chicken in small amount of shortening or oil in a large skillet. Make sauce separately in saucepan by combining all remaining ingredients; cook sauce slowly for 15 minutes, stirring to keep from sticking. Drain grease from chicken and pour sauce over chicken. Cover skillet and simmer for 1 hour.
