2 qts. sliced peaches
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. instant tapioca
1 box cake mix (Cherry Delight)

Line Dutch oven with extra heavy aluminum foil. Put peaches in oven, add brown sugar and tapioca, bring to a boil. Pour cake mix over the peaches, place lid on and cook until brown.
