MEAT AND TATER PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Black pepper
Dash of allspice (optional)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. loose frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
3/4 c. milk

Brown meat in oil in 2 quart casserole. Drain. Cover meat with onion soup mix and spices. Top with potatoes and pour milk over all. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with catsup.
