3 c. mashed sweet potatoes or 1 lg. can, drained 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon Beat together in mixer. TOPPING: 1/2 c. plain flour 3/4 to 1 c. light brown sugar 1/2 stick butter, softened 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans Spread potatoes into dish and cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
