MEXICAN SALAD 
1 sm. bottle Catalina dressing
1/4 lb. grated Jack cheese
1 sm. can Ranch style beans
1 head lettuce
1 sm. onion
1 c. broken corn chips
1 sm. bell pepper

Drain beans and place in large bowl with onion and pepper. Cover with dressing and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving add cheese, lettuce and chips.
