CHILI CON CARNE 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cubed smaller
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3/4 c. water

Brown meat in oil. Add onion, cook until tender and add tomato paste, kidney beans, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and 3/4 cup water (more as needed). Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add water as needed.
