PINEAPPLE AND CARROT SALAD 
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch of salt

Mix boiling water and Jello. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate. Serves 6. Use a 2 quart casserole.
