PINEAPPLE CARROT SALAD | |
1 box lemon Jello 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 carrot, grated 1/4 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 med. apple, chopped 1/4 c. grated cheese Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add enough cold water to the pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Add to dissolved Jello. Chill until it begins to gel. Add other ingredients and mold. |
