LAYERED HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Dissolve cherry gelatin in water. Pour into a 12" x 7 1/2" x 1 1/2" dish. Chill until layer is firm.

Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 1/2 cups water. Gradually add to cream cheese mixing until smooth. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over first layer, chill until firm.

Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir pineapple into gelatin; pour over cream cheese layer. Chill salad until firm. Yield: 12 servings.
