SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Boil raisins in water for 5 minutes. Cool. Beat egg yolks and mix with sugar and sour cream. Add cinnamon and cornstarch. Stir into raisin mixture. Simmer until thick. Pour in a baked pie shell. Cover with meringue.

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, until light brown.
