RAISIN SOUR CREAM PIE 
2 c. sour cream (use Half and Half soured with 1 tbsp. vinegar)
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs, add sour cream or Half and Half, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix together. Add flour and mix well. Pour into pastry lined pie pan and bake in 350 degree oven until a knife comes out clean when inserted in center - about 50 minutes. Pie will puff up but will settle down when cooling.

This recipe comes from my Mother who got it from her Mother who is 96 years old and a resident of Lake Shore Nursing Home. It has been a family favorite for many years.
