LAURA GRAVES' SOUR CREAM RAISIN

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Mix:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. raisins

Beat egg yolks add sour cream and raisins then the dry ingredients. Do not add lemon juice until mixture is cooked. Pour in baked shell, top with meringue. You will also have a better floured pie if you simmer the raisins about five minutes before adding.
