SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cover raisins with water and cook 5 minutes; then drain. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add raisins, sour cream, egg yolks and butter. Cook very slowly, stirring until mixture thickens. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue and brown.
